REACH MS began providing supports throughout the state of Mississippi for students with low incidence disabilities in 2016. In its first round of funding, REACH MS assisted 4 school districts with PBIS supports and hosted the first ever statewide conference specifically for supporting students with low incidence disabilities. In the 2021-2026 round of funding, low incidence supports are being provided for academics, behavior, and social-emotional learning to the schools and districts in the REACH MS Multi-Initiative Cohorts and virtually as a priority group. Limited requested low incidence supports are available to non-cohort entities.
