The RESA has indicated that it takes approximately 14 business days to process a certificate; however, there are times when they are busier than others.

How many credits is a training worth?

One CEU is earned for every 10 contact hours, so if a training is 6 contact hours, it is worth 0.6 of a full CEU.

Early Childhood Contact Hours are only provided for trainings specific to Early Childhood.
